After completing an MSc at the University of Copenhagen, Anders started his first career as an Economist in Portland, Oregon. Following an MBA from INSEAD in France, he started his second career as an international executive in the tech industry where he started up companies as Founding CEO of MIGway and Waoo. He also leads large organizations as VP of sunrise in Switzerland and as deputy CEO of TDC Mobil.
Today, Anders is on his third career and works as an Advisor for Innovation Centre Denmark in Silicon Valley with a focus on The Future of Work & Leadership. He lives permanently in the Bay Area of California with his wife from Mexico and has two grown-up children.
Hanne Shapiro Futures
Hanne focusses on the changing nature of work in a digital economy. In that context she recently undertook a major study with the Danish Financial Trade Union to enable the Union to support their members in the digital transformation within the finance value chain. She was part of World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs study, and she is research partner in a new major international research initiative founded by Singapore to support their efforts to create quality working and learning opportunities in the context of Singapore’s Smart Nation Strategy. Hanne Shapiro is also associated with the University of Berkeley’s research initiative – Earning, learning and working in the digital economy.
