Nikolaj and Nicolai will tell you about the journey of 3Shape, differences between small and large organisations, and how to transition between industries. Also, Nicolai will share his experiences and thoughts about being a CFA charterholder outside of the mainstream finance industry, and how the designation is viewed home and abroad.

Nikolaj Kromann graduated with a M.Sc in Economics from University of Copenhagen (cand.polit) in 2006, and afterwards worked for McKinsey for 3 years as a Management Consultant. He then joined Novo Nordisk for more than 7 years, where he held a number of roles including development of Novo Nordisk Consulting and Corporate Procurement. In 2017, he joined 3Shape as CFO, and are now heading up Finance, Strategy & Consulting, HR, support functions in Ukraine and the Audio Business Unit.
Nicolai Kobborg also graduated as cand.polit, but three years later in 2009. He then moved to Australia where he started working for the bank, ANZ, as an analyst in both the retail and investment banking division and started his CFA studies. in 2014, he moved back to Denmark, when he joined Novozymes, and worked in Business Finance, Investor Relations and Corporate Finance. Lastly, he joined 3Shape as Senior Finance Partner in April, and now holds the CFA designation.
