Christian Hyldahl has experience from the Investment Banking, Capital Markets and Asset Management industry since 1990. He was appointed as Head of Nordea Asset Management in 2015. Christian Hyldahl has held various positions in Unibank/Nordea Markets since 1990 being Head of Structured product, Head of Fixed Income and Head of Debt Capital Markets & Derivatives and was appointed Managing Director in 2005 being responsible for Equities & Capital Markets and from 2007 co-head of Nordea Markets and Head of Equities and Investment Banking. In 2011 he was appointed as CIO of Nordea Asset Management. Christian Hyldahl holds a M.Sc. in Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and concluded his Diploma in Finance from Copenhagen Business School in 1991.

Johan Bergström is Head of Financial Services at Capgemini Consulting Sweden & Finland since 2013. In 2006-2013 he was Nordic Head of Financial Services at BearingPoint. Johan Bergström has worked for 22 years both in executive roles and in management consulting. His primary sector focus is in banking where he acts as an advisor within digital strategy & transformation, large corporate change programs, customer insight and analytics, and regulatory initiatives. He works closely with the global Capgemini Group and MIT on digital disruption and Fintech developments in the financial services sector. Johan Bergström is the spokesperson of the annual Capgemini World Wealth Report.

Paul Danis is a Chief Strategist with BCA Research. Paul has a crossfunctional role that includes both shaping the research view while communicating this message to BCA clients at an executive level. Paul began his career in 1998 trading interest rate futures and options in the pits of the Montreal exchange. In 2001 he transitioned into research with BCA in Montreal, where he worked through 2006. Paul then spent the next 9 years working as an equity strategist at Lehman Brothers/Nomura International and Credit Suisse in London. He rejoined BCA in 2016 in his current role. He is a McGill University graduate and a CFA charterholder.

Lasse Heje Pedersen is professor at Copenhagen Business School and NYU, a principal at AQR Capital Management, and a research associate at CEPR and NBER. He has served as Director of the American Finance Association, in the Liquidity Working Group meeting at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York to address liquidity issues, in the New York Fed’s Monetary Policy Panel, in the Economic Advisory Boards of NASDAQ and FTSE, and on the editorial boards of the Journal of Finance, Journal of Economic Theory, The Review of Asset Pricing Studies, and Quarterly Journal of Economics. His academic awards include the Bernácer Prize to the best E.U. economist under 40 years of age, the Banque de France-TSE Prize, the Fama-DFA Prize, and the Michael Brennan Award. Lasse received his B.S. and M.S. from University of Copenhagen and his Ph.D. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Christian Frigast er cand.polit. og var Managing Partner i Axcel siden selskabets start i 1994. Forud herfor har Christian Frigast været ansat i Incentive A/S (1993-94) og Nordea (1976-93). Christian Frigast er formand for Axcel Management og EKF (Danmarks Eksportkredit). Endvidere er han næstformand for bestyrelsen i PANDORA, kapitalfondenes brancheforening DVCA (Danish Venture Capital and Private Equity Association), Nykredits IPO Advisory Board og Axcel Advisory Board. Han er desuden bestyrelsesmedlem i Nordic Waterproofing, Danmark-Amerika Fondet og Bestyrelsesforeningen. Endelig er Christian Frigast formand for og medstifter af Axcels egen tænketank, Axcelfuture, der arbejder for et bedre investeringsklima i Danmark, samt adjungeret professor ved CBS (Copenhagen Business School).

Claus Gregersen er i dag direktør for Carnegie Investment Bank og formand for Den danske Børsmæglerforening. Før dette var Claus Gregersen medstifter af de private forvaltningsvirksomheder Nordic Asset Management og Select Partners. Tidligere var Claus Gregersen ansat i Alfred Berg Gruppen og ABN Amro Bank bl.a., som adm direktør i Danmark og London. Derefter som chef for ABN AMRO Bank’s equity markets aktiviteter i Europa og Emerging Markets. Claus Gregersen har været medlem af bestyrelsen for Finansiel Stabilitet A/S og i bestyrelsen for OMX NASDAQ Copenhagen A/S. Han var ligeledes formand for bestyrelsen i Finansiel Stabilitets datterselskab, Pantebrevsselskabet af 2. juni 2009 A/S. Claus Gregersen var medstifter af Scandinavian Private Equity Partners A/S og sidder i dag i bestyrelsen for en række private fonde.

Rick Lacaille, Executive Vice President is Global Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of State Street Global Advisors and a member of the firm’s Executive Management Group. In his role as Chief Investment Officer Rick has responsibility for all investment management activity at SSGA, including research and trading. Prior to his current role, Rick was Head of Global Active Equities, and previously European CIO. Before joining SSGA in 2000, he held a wide variety of posts in quantitative fund management and research at Gartmore Investment Management, including periods as Head of Quantitative Research and Head of Structured Equities. Rick has a BSc (Hons) in Operational Research from Lancaster University and MSc in Econometrics from London Guildhall University. Rick is a member of the FTSE Policy Committee and the Asset Management Committee of the Investment Association. He is a regular writer and broadcaster on investment issues and speaks frequently at industry conferences.

Torben Möger Pedersen, CEO i PensionDanmark siden selskabets start i 1992. Torben Möger Pedersen er formand for Danish Society for Education and Busi-ness og medlem af bestyrelserne for bl.a. Forsikring & Pension, Bestyrelsesfor-eningen, Gigtforeningen. Index Award og Arbejdernes Landsbank. Er medlem af investeringskomiteerne i Copenhagen Infrastructure I og II, Danish Climate Investment Fund og Danish Agribusiness Fund. Han er medlem af Center for Pensionsøkonomis Advisory Board. Han er medlem af FN’s Green Climate Fund’s Private Sector Advisory Group og World Economic Forums Council on Investment’s Steering Committee. Torben Möger Pedersen er cand.polit fra Københavns Universitet og har gennemført efteruddannelsesprogrammer på Babson College, INSEAD Fontainebleau, INSEAD Singapore og Wharton Business School.

Morten Gregersen, CFA, Head of Global Equities. Morten har været ansat som aktieforvalter i Nykredit Asset Management siden 2011. Førhen var han adm. direktør og stiftende partner i Amber Asset Management. Derudover har han været chefporteføljemanager i Gudme Raaschou.
Morten er uddannet cand.merc. (FIR) fra Handelshøjskolen i Århus i 1993.

Per Skovsted, Chief Investment Officer i VILLUM FONDEN og VELUX FONDEN og CEO i ADDEK. Derudover sidder Per i en række interne bestyrelser samt investeringskomiteer for vores to udenlandske fonde – VELUX Stiftung i Schweiz og VKR Foundation i USA. Per er tidligere direktør i Gudme Raaschou med hovedfokus på Corporate Finance og Asset Management og før det aktieanalytiker og portfolio manager i Andelsbanken (senere Unibank/Nordea). Derudover har Per siddet i bestyrelsen for Børsmæglerforeningen og Ankenævnet for Fondsmæglerselskaber samt været sagkyndig dommer i Sø- & Handelsretten i 8 år. På nuværende tidspunkt har Per enkelte eksterne bestyrelsesposter, bl.a. i Nordea Invest.

Kasper Billy Jakobsen, Chief Portfolio Manager i Sparinvest, har siden 2002 været ansat i Sparinvest. Indtil 2004 sad Kasper med ansvaret for Sparinvest afdelinger for Danske Obligationer. Siden har Kasper været en del af Sparinvest Value Aktie team, og har siden 2009 været chefporteføljeforvalter. Udover den daglige porteføljeforvaltning har Kasper været og er stærkt involveret i udviklingen af Sparinvests tilgang til etiske- og bæredygtige investeringer. Før han kom til Sparinvest arbejdede han for Dagbladet Børsen, og havde tidligere arbejdet tæt sammen med Jens Moestrup Rasmussen på Dansk kreditvurderingsbureauet KOB. Kasper Billy Jacobsen har en bachelorgrad i almen erhvervsøkonomi samt en HD i finansiering og regnskab fra Copenhagen Business School.

Jens-Christian Stougaard har været direktør i PensionDanmark siden 2009 og har i dag ansvaret for selskabets forretningsudvikling og analyse, public affairs og CSR. Tidligere har Jens-Christian Stougaard varetaget stillingerne som underdirektør og sekretariatschef i PensionDanmarks ledelsessekretariatet. Jens-Christian Stougaard kom til PensionDanmark i 2004 fra en stilling som chefkonsulent hos Akademikernes Centralorganisation. Jens-Christian Stougaard var fra 2013-2016 bestyrelsesformand for investorforeningen Dansif, han er medlem af Pensionsudvalget, Forsikring og Pension og var i 2013-2014 medlem af “Ekspertudvalg om arbejdsskade” nedsat af regeringen. Jens-Christian Stougaard er yderligere medlem af World Economic Forums Strategy Officers Community, Policy Committee for Institutional Investors Group on Climate Change og i 2014-2015 af Advisory Board hos Axcelfuture samt var fra 2013-2016 repræsentant i Investment Leaders Group, Cambridge University. Jens-Christian Stougaard er cand.polit fra Københavns Universitet og har en Executive MBA fra Copenhagen Business School.

Vincent F. Hendricks er dr. phil., phd., professor i formel filosofi og leder af Center for Information og Boblestudier (CIBS) ved Københavns Universitet. Han har modtaget en række nationale og internationale priser for sin forskning herunder Videnskabsministeriets Eliteforskerpris og Roskilde Festivalens Eliteforskerpris. I årene 2005 — 2015 var han chefredaktør af Synthese, verdens største tidsskrift i filosofi. I 2016 udgav Vincent F. Hendricks SPRÆNG BOBLEN.
