CFRA seminars educate participants on how to assess risk through a detailed review of company financial statements and related disclosures. CFRA is an independent provider of forensic accounting & legal research, analytics and advisory services. Founded over 20 years ago, they have developed and refined a time-tested process that consistently identifies situations where reported financial results do not provide the true picture of a company’s health.
The seminar will be presented by two CFRA analysts – Rob McDowell and Dan Hong.

Rob McDowell is a generalist on CFRA’s European Research Team. Before joining CFRA, Rob was an audit associate at CohnReznick, LLP in Bethesda, Maryland. At CohnReznick, he worked primarily on tax credit deals in the commercial real estate and renewable energy industries. Rob attended the University of Delaware where he received a B.S in Accounting and Finance. During his junior and senior years at Delaware, he interned in Fixed Income Financial Control within J.P Morgan’s Investment Bank. Rob played football at Delaware for four years. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Maryland and a CFA charterholder
Dan Hong is an analyst at CFRA. Prior to joining CFRA, Dan was a senior associate in the audit practice at Deloitte. He holds a B.S. in finance and accounting from Lehigh University. He is also a licensed CPA in the state of Virginia.
